24th January - 11th February 2008Having been in the UK a year, we decided to go and visit home
There won't be much commentary on this, many of you reading will have been around us or have heard all the stories. We went back for a couple of reasons including; doing our Australian taxes, sorting out some issues with our investment properties and most importantly to see family and friends who we hadn't seen in a year. The family portion involved going across the ditch to Auckland to attend my cousin's wedding.
Not much else to add other than that. It was an enjoyable trip, Sydney hadn't changed much (despite us thinking it would have) and we're actually glad to be back in London (who would have thought).
