Buckingham Palace, London
31st August 2008Opening of the State Rooms of Buckingham Palace for the Summer
During the European summer period, Buckingham Palace's State Rooms are opened to the public, for a fee of course. The State Rooms are regularly used by Queen Elizabeth II for official and state functions. The day we went was awful and dreary (typical London weather) so it was actually nice to be inside for a couple of hours. We certainly enjoyed ourselves and would highly recommend it to others. To book, go to this website.
Cheerio good sir.
